VHB’s Paul McKinlay has been named President-Elect of the Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional Association (LSPA). Summer 2014 will mark the beginning of McKinlay’s Presidency.

McKinlay has served on the LSPA Board of Directors and continues to participate in the LSPA Loss Prevention Committee. He was recently elected by the membership for his second third-year term to the LSPA Board of Directors.
“Paul’s Presidency will help improve VHB’s visibility within the Oil and Hazardous Materials community, will enable further communication with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection top leadership, and will help VHB stay on the forefront and participate in sweeping regulatory changes that are occurring and will be implemented in early 2014,” explained Director of Environmental Services Leo Roy.
