Attorney Randall S. Rich joins Pierce Atwood LLP as a partner in the firm’s Energy Practice Group. Mr. Rich will reside in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Mr. Rich comes to Pierce Atwood from Bracewell & Guiliani LLP in Washington, D.C. He brings extensive experience in natural gas regulation, compliance, transportation and marketing. For over 23 years, including the last 18 years as a partner, Randy has represented natural gas producers, marketers, traders, end users, storage operators, gatherers, LDCs, and natural gas and oil pipelines before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) and retail energy suppliers before state regulatory commissions
Mr. Rich is a graduate of Brandeis University (BA 1977) and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (JD 1980).
Mr. Rich lives in McLean, Virginia with his wife Debra, sons Adam and Cory, and their Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier Puffin.
