Preti Flaherty is pleased to announce three new members to its Environmental Law Group: Katherine Oaks, a graduate of Vermont Law and Villanova Law; Kevin Osantowski, a graduate of Boston College Law School; and Laura Lee Barry Wommack, a graduate of Harvard Law.
With more than fifteen dedicated environmental attorneys, Preti Flaherty now has New England’s leading environmental practice—both in size and scope. Preti’s team counts among its ranks two former U.S. Department of Justice attorneys who have handled some of the largest environmental cases in the nation over the past two decades, and five former U.S. EPA attorneys who bring unique insight into working with regulators on complex environmental issues.
“We’re a regional firm that’s earned a national reputation, and that’s because of the knowledge and experience we have on this team,” said Jeffrey Talbert, Chair of Preti Flaherty’s Environmental Group. “We’re proud to have built one of the top environmental law groups in the country right here in New England, and we look forward to continuing to help our clients navigate complex environmental cases.”
