Pare Corporation Introduces Newest Team Members

EBC is happy to share the newest members of the Pare team!

Robert J. Welch, P.E.
Civil Division, Lincoln Office

Robert J. Welch, P.E. joined the Structural Group of Pare’s Civil Division in the role of Project Engineer. Bob brings 20 years of experience as a structural engineer having specialized in waterfront/marine projects as an ADCI certified commercial engineer diver, and is making a transition to building structures engineering. After earning his bachelor’s in chemistry from the College of Holy Cross and a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Missouri, Bob went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island after a chemistry career in pharmaceuticals.

Jason C. Anderson
Environmental Division, Foxboro Office

Jason C. Anderson is the newest member of Pare’s Environmental Division. Jason’s background includes designing water, wastewater and water reuse systems for the power, pharmaceutical and food & beverage industries. He also has experience with chemical treatment and water system designs. The combination of his environmental background and water system knowledge will allow him to support a range of environmental projects. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Ocean Science at the Maine Maritime Academy and his Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Northeastern University. Jason is also a NAUI-certified scuba diver.

Christen L. Constantino, EIT
Environmental Division, Lincoln Office

Christen L. Constantino joined Pare’s Environmental Division as an Engineer II. In addition to a strong background in environmental engineering, she is skilled in managing tight schedules on complex projects. Christen earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point, followed by active duty service in the United States Army as a Tech Escort Team Leader for the 110th Chemical Battalion and as an Organization Chemical Officer for the 1-229th Attack Reconnaissance Battalion. She is also a member of the Society of Women Engineers and the Society of American Military Engineers.

Andrew N. Cummings, P.G.
Geotechnical Division, Foxboro Office

Andrew N. Cummings, P.G., joined Pare’s Geotechnical Division. Andrew is a Registered Professional Geologist with 13 years of experience in private- and public-sector geological disciplines. He has a depth of dam experience, particularly the review and verification of seepage, stability, and Hydrologic and Hydraulic models. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from Salem State University. He is a member of several professional organizations including the Association of State Dam Safety Officials, United States Society on Dams, and Association of State Floodplain Managers.

Hamid A. Akinfolarin
Transportation Division, Lincoln Office

Hamid A. Akinfolarin recently joined the Transportation Division. He has a wide range of experience, including multimodal transportation systems and green stormwater, which he will use to support Pare’s roadway design projects. Hamid also has construction management experience and has served as an on-call bridge inspector. Hamid earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. Hamid is active in several organizations including African Young Professionals Collegiate Experience, Brothers on A New Direction (BOND), and Oasis International, Inc. Through his community involvement he serves as a role model to many.

Arianne Barton
Environmental Division, Lincoln Office

Arianne Barton joined the Environmental Division as a Senior Environmental Scientist. Arianne has a strong background in environmental site assessments, air emissions, brownfield remedial design, and state and federal permitting regulations. She will be supporting environmental remediation work on a wide range of projects. Arianne earned her bachelor’s in Environmental Science from Westfield State University. She also serves on the board of the Conservation Commission for the Town of Bellingham, MA.

Emeka Philip Orjiako
Civil Division, Foxboro Office

Emeka Philip Orjiako recently was hired as a CAD Technician. As an advanced CAD I & II user, Philip will also be supporting Pare’s Civil Division’s Revit project work. Philip received an Associate Degree in Engineering Design with CAD Certification from MassBay Community College. He also speaks fluent French and is proficient in German.

Andrew Horn
Lincoln Office

Andrew Horn was hired to serve as an IT Support Specialist. In addition to general IT support, he is well-versed in the nuances of Microsoft Office 365, SonicWall hardware systems, and malware prevention. Prior to joining the firm as a full-time employee, Andrew worked on Pare’s network infrastructure and system security as a consultant with I-Net Corporation. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island.
