This summer’s annual environmental conference will offer insight as to how the impending presidential election may influence the future direction of national environmental policy, including the Clean Power Plan. The conference will feature additional panel discussions regarding how to address public health issues in power project permitting, and views from the trenches such as issues in transactional due diligence, and a regulatory round table addressing current and future environmental compliance challenges to the energy industry.
