The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) is pleased to announce that the Commonwealth Organics-to-Energy Program has opened two additional solicitations:
- Feasibility Study grants – open to private or public entities; applications accepted on a rolling basis until April 5, 2016
- Technical Services/Technical Study Grants – open to public entities only; applications accepted on a rolling basis until April 18, 2016
The program continues to accept applications for Implementation and Pilot (construction) Project grants on a rolling basis until March 22, 2016.
Commonwealth Organics-to-Energy supports the use of anaerobic digestion and other technologies that convert source-separated organic wastes into electricity, thermal energy, or compressed gas for vehicle fuel.
