White Plains, April 30, 2007—Sean P. O’Brien, PE, has been promoted to Vice President of Malcolm Pirnie, Inc., a leading environmental consulting firm with offices nationwide. Working from the firm’s Boston, MA office, Mr. O’Brien provides leadership for the delivery of environmental engineering services to industrial clients throughout New England and for Transportation clients nationally.
With seventeen years in the environmental engineering industry, Mr. O’Brien’s areas of concentration include environmental compliance, permitting, wastewater treatment design, storm water management, hazardous waste services and environmental planning. He works closely with clients to develop solutions that meet their specific needs with the support of project managers and technical staff on a wide variety of projects.
A resident of Westford, MA, Mr. O’Brien has a BS in environmental engineering technology from Norwich University, an MS in civil and environmental engineering from Tufts University, and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
