Malcom has been a long-time supporter of the EBC, and looks forward to contributing his industry knowledge to the Connecticut Chapter as a member of the Leadership Team.

Mr. Beeler is a Team Leader and PCB Senior Technical Lead with Weston & Sampson Engineers in Rocky Hill, CT. He is a Licensed Environmental Professional with 30 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry focused on creative problem solving, project management, site investigation, contaminant remediation and environmental compliance. His consulting practice presently includes site investigation and remediation for PCBs in soil, groundwater, and building materials at numerous sites. He has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering and Bachelors of Science degrees in Chemistry and Civil Engineering, all from the University of Texas at Austin.
