Lisa has 25 years of experience include serving as the chief engineer in the Environmental Sciences and Engineering Division at Stone & Webster, and then vice president of engineering at Shaw. At Shaw, Lisa had management responsibility for close to 1,000 staff in almost 100 offices nationwide. Her track record includes developing and deploying nationwide professional development and mentoring programs, a national network of engineering centers, and successful business development campaigns in the government and utility business sectors. Lisa has served as Program Manager for large federal contracts including a Navy Base Realignment and Closure A/E Services contract and a US Army Corps of Engineers Remedial Action Contract in New England. She also worked on or managed numerous design projects in the power sector, including nuclear projects at commercial and DOE facilities.
