Jill is a water resources engineer with over 15 years of experience in dam-related projects, including dam removal and stream restoration, fish passage, dam safety, and hydropower. She has B.S. degrees in both civil engineering and biology and also has a strong background in environmental studies and permitting of water resources projects. Jill helps lead the dam removal and stream restoration program at Gomez and Sullivan Engineers and has managed or been involved with over a dozen dam removal projects, for which her responsibilities have involved field assessments, hydrologic and hydraulic studies, alternatives analyses, cost estimating, development of design drawings and specifications, reporting, public outreach, preparation of grant applications, permitting, and bid/construction phase services. She has been involved with the EBC Dam Management Committee since 2015.
