Congratulations to Stephanie Dubanowitz and Mina Makarious for their Election to the Anderson & Kreiger LLP Partnership.
Stephanie is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. She works with public and private clients, including national and regional developers, high-tech and life sciences companies, government agencies and educational institutions on all aspects of real estate development, from acquisitions through zoning relief and permitting. She also counsels landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations. Stephanie also regularly advises the Towns of Acton, Concord, Dover and Lexington on real estate matters, including acquiring and disposing of property, restricting land and eminent domain takings.
Mina has devoted his practice primarily to public law, airport law, and environmental and land use counseling and transactions. He has also developed specific expertise in drones and drone regulation. Mina has represented one of the firm’s environmental clients in negotiations regarding cost allocation at a Superfund site, and regularly assists in transactional matters that involve complex environmental issues.
Mina acts as Town Counsel to the Towns of Concord and Lexington, and assists in providing town counsel services to Winchester and Belmont. He regularly advises these and other towns on governance, procurement, land use, environmental and other matters.
