Amy Doherty is GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc.’s. Northern New England site assessment technical lead based in Bedford, New Hampshire. The focus of Amy’s technical practice area includes environmental due diligence for a broad range of government, commercial, and industrial clients requiring a sensitive, accurate assessment of the environmental conditions of a property or portfolio and the environmental risks associated with a particular transaction. Amy also has extensive Brownfields redevelopment experience working with EPA, State governments and grantees to address environmental site assessment, remedial planning and remedial cleanups associated with redevelopment of contaminated properties.
Amy is a Professional Geologist with 20 years’ experience since earning a degree in Environmental Science from SUNY Environmental School of Forestry at Syracuse University. She is currently a candidate for a Master’s in Business Administration at the University of New Hampshire. Amy volunteers with the American Council of Engineering Companies of New Hampshire (ACEC) and the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association (BIA), actively participating in environmental committees in both organizations.
