LEED Certification is now becoming more common in commercial development-even required in cities around the country.
Come to the session to get the most important tips and tricks for hiring and managing design teams-from contracts and scopes to integrated design project management- and LEED documentation, as well as construction management. We will share our experiences and lessons learned, and provide you with an opportunity to share your own experiences with each other.

The Green Roundtable’s NEXUS Center is an educational resource center located in downtown Boston. It has over 9,000 square feet of green product showroom, green resource and samples libraries, and networking and event space.
