This EBC Ascending Professionals webinar will feature a panel of individuals ranging from ascending leaders to seasoned professionals to share their experiences regarding the generational differences we’re all experiencing in the workplace, as well as a discussion on how organizations can best plan for succession to ensure a successful workforce transition.
The panel will discuss challenges in working across generations, varying communication styles, and how to develop a deeper bench. Successfully working with various generations entails understanding what drives them and adapting strategies accordingly. Join us for a thoughtful moderated panel discussion with time for a Q&A session at the end of the program.
General Continuing Education Certificates are awarded by the EBC for this program (1.5 training contact hours). Certificates are automatically provided via email link for registered attendees at the conclusion of the webinar.
