This annual EBC Solid Waste Management program provides a unique opportunity for attendees to hear from John Fischer, Deputy Division Director of Solid Waste Materials Management at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and from the leadership of the regional MassDEP Solid Waste Sections. Having the Chiefs and the Deputy Division Director in the same room offers an unprecedented opportunity to get all of your questions answered.

- Reduce & Reuse Action Plan
- Implementation of Minimum Performance Standard at C&D Facilities
- Permitting
- Capacity and Rail Haul
- PFAS Testing at Landfills

- Frequent Violations
There will be ample time for open discussion and Q & A between speakers and attendees.
