Join the EBC Dam Management Committee for a 101-level webinar covering the fundamentals of dams. Speakers will address common types of dams, terminology, and regulations. Using a visual gallery, Phase One inspections will be discussed as well as common red flags during inspection. Phase 2 Inspection/Investigation components will then be presented, along with approaches to addressing common deficiencies, ranging from remedial repairs to removal to rehabilitation. The webinar will conclude with a discussion of rehabilitation and removal projects in construction.
A robust Q&A session will conclude the webinar.
