This EBC TSCA & PCB Working Group webinar will provide a series of case studies where innovative PCB remediation approaches were used to achieve regulatory site closure. These case studies were completed as part of large public works/transportation projects, private company cleanups, and municipal, state, and federal agency projects. The chosen case studies highlight innovative approaches to achieve site closure with respect to risk-based closure, on-site soil management/reuse, offsite disposal strategies, and full use of the options in the TSCA regulations available to environmental professionals. The webinar includes speakers who have been integral to the completion of these projects and who have long-standing relationships with the EPA Region 1 TSCA Manager.
A robust panel discussion with the audience and EPA Region 1 PCB Administrator, Ms. Kimberly Tisa will conclude the webinar.
