EBC Solid Waste Management Committee Program Planning Luncheon & Site Visit

Please join EBC for a program planning meeting of the EBC Solid Waste Management Committee taking place December 9, 2016 at Covanta in Haverhill, MA. The purpose of this meeting is to develop and plan solid waste management programs and topic-specific committee meetings for spring of 2017.

At 10:00 am before the lunch meeting begins, a site tour will be available to those interested. Covanta will provide a tour of the 1650 tpd plant, the landfill and recent shrink wrapped bale storage activities. Please select the option for tour plus meeting attendance during registration.

10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Tour of Covanta facility (optional)
11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Committee meeting and lunch

EBC members interested in participating and becoming more involved in the EBC Solid Waste Management Committee are welcome to attend.
