This EBC Rhode Island TSCA Program will provide attendees an opportunity to learn of certain approaches and strategies for managing PCB-impacted media (e.g., soil, groundwater, etc.) pursuant to the EPA Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) 40 CFR § 761 and RIDEM Remediation Regulations (250-RICR-140-30-1). The speakers will focus on projects in Rhode Island and present consultant, contractor and attorney perspectives aimed at overcoming assessment, remedial and regulatory challenges.

Continuing Education Certificates are awarded by the EBC for this program (2.5 training contact hours). Please send an email to EBC staff (ebc@ebcne.org) following the conclusion of the program to receive a certificate.
