This EBC Rhode Island Chapter morning program will provide insight into the state of Rhode Island’s environmental and energy program developments, budgets, and priorities for 2016.  Featured speakers include Janet Coit, Director of the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, and Christopher Kearns, Legislative Liaison for the Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources. (Congratulations to Marion Gold on her appointment as Commissioner of the RI Public Utilities Commission.)
