As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies are implementing new programs for employees to work from home either full time or part time. Many junior employees may be struggling with internal networking and mentoring outside of an office setting while we adapt to the new normal. The purpose of this panel is to provide a discussion on how to network within your company with many project managers and mentors working from home. Speakers will include a range of perspectives from a senior level employee, an office manager, and mid-level employee with remote experience.
