EBC NH Wind Energy Development Committee Meeting

TOPIC:   State Approval Process for Wind Energy Projects in Northern New England – New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
Susan Geiger and Rachel Goldwasser, Attorneys with the Law Firm of Orr & Reno in Concord, NH, will discuss their experiences with the New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee and provide an overview of the permitting processes in NH, Vermont, and Maine.  Among other projects, Orr & Reno, has provided  representation and legal counsel on the permitting of Iberdrola’s 24 MW Lempster Project and Noble Environmental Power’s 99 MW Coos Project.
