This EBC New Hampshire program is Part 1 of a 2-part comprehensive series on the Stormwater Regulatory Climate in New Hampshire.  Part 1 focuses on the “State of Stormwater” from both a State and EPA perspective, updating the business and regulated communities on changes to the water quality standards and the status of applicable permits.  Part 2, to be held April 29, 2020, will provide current information on the experience of municipal stormwater utilities in New Hampshire, detail on various funding mechanisms, and legal challenges facing the regulated community regarding CWA compliance.
