90% of AEC firms struggle with recruitment and retention. This is according to the Environmental Financial Consulting Group’s (EFCG) latest 2022 CEO Survey. Talent recruitment and retention is arguably the biggest challenge facing the AEC Industry today, which is why talent strategy has become not just an entire leadership team focus, but an entire industry focus. So, what are firms doing to address it and how can we learn from one another?
This EBC Leadership Program will feature Julie Hasiba, EFCG Managing Partner and Talent Strategy Practice Lead, who will present on this imperative topic. She will speak to what EFCG is seeing as an advisor in the space. Using EFCG analysis and industry examples, Ms. Hasiba will discuss what is driving talent constraints, what firms should focus on to adapt, and what questions you should be asking your teams. She will then open the conversation for Q&A and to welcome others to share their own strategies and learnings.
