This EBC Leadership Program features Dr. David Cash, Regional Administrator for Region One of the U.S. EPA. Dr. Cash’s presentation will focus on program priorities and updates, enforcement, and program implementation strategies for 2023 and beyond that reflect those issues that are critical to the mission and strategic goals of the Biden Administration.

Following the formal presentation there will be ample opportunity for the audience to ask questions during a moderated discussion.
