This EBC Leadership Program will feature Bonnie Heiple, newly appointed Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. Commissioner Heiple’s presentation will focus on her plans for DEP program and enforcement priorities and implementation strategies for 2023 and beyond that reflect those issues that are critical to the mission and strategic environmental and energy goals of the Healey administration under the leadership of EOEEA Secretary Rebecca Tepper.
Following the presentation, Valerie Moore, Partner at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP, will moderate a discussion of critical issues with the Commissioner and the audience.
