This EBC Leadership Briefing features Colonel Justin R. Pabis, New England District Commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Colonel Pabis assumed command of the New England District on July 28, 2023. The Colonel will address key construction and environmental programs, program management, planning, budgets, and regulatory permitting plans for significant construction, remediation, and restoration projects throughout the region.
Joining the Colonel is Tammy Turley, Chief of the Regulatory Division for the New England District, and Wendy Gendron, Chief of the Planning Division.
Ms. Gendron will discuss the Corps’ planning programs for Flood Risk Management, both coastal and inland, ecosystem restoration, and Corps’ beneficial use of dredge material goal.
