September 20, 2018 @ 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm EDT
Thank you to our GOLD Sponsor
This EBC evening program will feature returning guest speakers David Begelfer, Chief Operating Officer, NAIOP Massachusetts and Brian Golden, Director of the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA).
David Begelfer is the CEO of the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in real estate in Massachusetts. Based on the latest economic conditions, market trends, and state and federal legislative initiatives, Mr. Begelfer will provide his reflections on what the future holds for the development of new real estate projects and their impact on the quality of life in the city.
Brian Golden, who last spoke to the EBC in the fall of 2016, will provide updates on the innovative programs and challenges the BPDA faces with the ongoing dynamic development taking place throughout the City of Boston.
As part of his presentation Director Golden will focus on critical environmental issues of climate change adaptation and resiliency programs and policies being developed to protect the City of Boston.
Following the two presentations there will be a moderated discussion that will include ample time for participation from the audience.
