EBC Evening Program: Looking at the Real Estate Marketplace – What Should Environmental Firms Expect in 2009?

January 13, 2009 @ 6:30 pm - October 18, 2021 @ 1:16 pm

With the economy expected to continue to be a challenge in 2009, what can we expect for activities in the commercial real estate market place. And how will the severe conditions of the financial industry likely impact real estate development activity and for how long?  What changes are being made at one of the region’s largest projects – Harvard’s Allston Development Project – as a result of the economic slowdown?

Because of the vital importance of the real estate market to sectors of the environmental industry, this EBC program features a panel of local experts who will provide you with a better understanding of where the real estate market is headed in 2009.

PANELISTS:
Lisa Campoli, Executive Vice President, Investment Sales, Colliers Meredith & Grew
Janet Krolman, Director, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.
Kathy Speigelman, Chief Planner, Allston Development Group, Harvard University

Time:
Registration and Cocktails: 5:30 p.m.
Program: 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
