What Should Environmental Firms Expect in 2011?

With the economy expected to continue to be a challenge in 2011, what can we expect for activities in the commercial real estate market place. And how will the severe limitations on availability of banking credit and project financing likely impact real estate development activity and for how long?  What changes are taking place in the greater Boston real estate marketplace as a result of the slow rebound from the worst recession since before World War II?
Because of the vital importance of the real estate market to sectors of the environmental industry, this EBC program features a panel of local experts who will provide you with a better understanding of where the market is headed in 2011.
Guest Speakers
Tom O’Brien, Managing Director, HYM Investment Group and Former BRA Director
Tom O’Brien’s new development company has recently taken on the reigns for the Government Center Garage project, North Point and is working with the Drew Company on Waterside Place.  He will discuss his vision for HYM, as well as where he sees opportunities in the real estate market.
