This EBC Environmental Justice Webinar focuses on the recent changes to the MEPA Regulations, 301 CMR 11.00 and the two new MEPA Environmental Justice Protocols: the MEPA Public Involvement Protocol for Environmental Justice Populations; and MEPA Interim Protocol for Analysis of Project Impacts on Environmental Justice Populations.
The goal of the program is to give practitioners guidance on MEPA’s expectations for proponents and insights into how MEPA will evaluate filings for compliance with the new Environmental Justice regulations and protocols as well as practical advice on how to comply.
A robust panel discussion with the audience will conclude the webinar.
General Continuing Education Certificates are awarded by the EBC for this program (2.0 training contact hours). Certificates are automatically provided via email link for registered attendees at the conclusion of the webinar.
