This popular EBC Energy Resources Briefing is back for 2021, featuring Patrick Woodcock, Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER). The Commissioner will provide an update on the innovative programs and ongoing challenges facing DOER. Joining the Commissioner will be several key DOER staff members who will dive into the details of the Clean Peak, Offshore Wind, and Energy Efficiency programs.
