This EBC Emerging Contaminants Webinar will focus on aspects of PFAS risk management in relation to Phase I site assessments, Brownfields sites, and general due diligence.  Attendees will gain insight into risk management planning (e.g., what do your clients need to think about in assessing their PFAS risk or liability?).  An update on recent and upcoming regulations concerning PFAS will be provided with potential impacts on the industry and our clients’ PFAS risk profiles.  Potential issues associated with supply chain PFAS certifications and the legal perspective on PFAS risk management in combination with due diligence, transactions, and insurance will be presented.  Finally, the importance of risk communication will be highlighted.

A robust panel discussion with the audience will conclude the webinar.
