A number of regional legislative bodies have or are planning to restrict or ban PFAS containing consumer product sales in their states. Reporting, enforcement and practicality of such bans place much of the responsibility on manufacturers and importers of raw and finished products. This EBC Emerging Contaminants “Coffee Hour” Discussion Meeting will look at the various legislation for each state and the potential impacts on businesses.
EBC Discussion Meetings are open to EBC Members only. The intention of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for EBC Members to connect with others and discuss a current issue in the industry. Moderation, provided by Steven LaRosa of Weston & Sampson, will be light. All are encouraged to ask questions and provide their thoughts.
