This EBC Emerging Contaminants program will discuss the next steps to take once the investigative stage of a remediation project has indicated the presence of PFAS.

The program will explore current and future options for treatment and destruction for PFAS materials. This program is meant to go beyond an introductory program and explore actual ongoing treatment projects and the current technologies currently employed for water treatment and destruction and disposal of PFAS. In addition, we will explore the developing technologies for treatment of soil. An better understanding of what treatment options are currently available for water and soil and what treatment options are developing will be topical for any professional involved in PFAS remediation. The technologies discussed are applicable to drinking water, groundwater, industrial waste water, sludges, spent media and soils.

A robust panel discussion with the audience will conclude the program.
