This EBC Dam Management webinar will focus on climate change considerations for the management, rehabilitation, and removal of dams. Due to the increasing magnitude and frequency of storm events, it is important to ensure that existing dams can accommodate flood flows, to design dam rehabilitation and removal projects to withstand floods and improve flood resiliency where feasible, and to plan for potential dam failure emergencies. Webinar topics will include design and construction phase considerations, case studies, and funding opportunities.

A robust panel discussion with the audience will conclude the webinar.

General Continuing Education Certificates are awarded by the EBC for this program (2.5 training contact hours). Certificates are automatically provided via email link for registered attendees at the conclusion of the webinar.
