This EBC Dam Management program will cover sediment management with a focus on emerging contaminants, particularly PFAS, and their effect on sediment investigation and management decisions.  Speaker topics will include regulatory program and policy development status related to PFAS in several New England states.

In addition, practitioners will present case study examples exploring investigation methods and evaluation of the spatial and temporal distribution of PFAS in river water, sediment, and biota.

A robust panel discussion with the audience will conclude the webinar.

General Continuing Education Certificates are awarded by the EBC for this program (2.5 training contact hours). Certificates are automatically provided via email link for registered attendees at the conclusion of the webinar.
