This informal EBC “Coffee Hour” will provide a platform for EBC Members of all kinds – consultants, engineers, project managers, contractors – to discuss cost estimation, and its challenges, for projects. Inflation, workforce constraints, and supply chain issues have wreaked havoc on budgets and created a major problem for contractors when it comes to providing cost estimates for projects. Join this meeting to hear from your colleagues across the industry and how they attempt to hit this rapidly moving target.
EBC Coffee Hours are open to EBC Members only. The intention of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for EBC Members to connect with others and discuss a current issue in the industry. Moderation will be light and all are encouraged to ask questions and provide their thoughts.
This coffee hour is hosted by the EBC Dam Management Committee.
