This EBC Connecticut Remediation program will provide a discussion of the evolving revisions of Connecticut’s remediation regulations, along with a focused review on the PFAS issue in Connecticut. Representatives from the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection will provide an overview of the revisions to the remediation regulations (RSR Wave 2 update) and support the discussion of the PFAS topic. A technical overview of PFAS will be offered. Licensed Environmental Professionals will also discuss their perspectives on the changing regulations and the regulatory framework for PFAS.
