This EBC Climate Change and Air Webinar focuses on Environmental Justice and how it has and will be impacting air permits. Special focus will be given to MassDEP’s proposed regulatory changes to incorporate a Cumulative Impact Analysis requirement into its review for certain air permits and approvals. The MassDEP has been holding stakeholder meetings prior to the development of the regulations and will be summarizing the results of those meetings.
In addition, the steps that may be required for an air permitting project in or adjacent to an EJ community will be demonstrated.
A robust panel discussion with the audience will conclude the webinar.
