Join the EBC Ascending Professionals Committee as we prepare for the holidays in an informal discussion on the importance of work life balance.
This conversation will be guided by facilitators as we split attendees into small break out rooms to better foster discussion and engagement. We hope to reflect on our successes from this year and share times when is has been difficult to unplug, introduce techniques to avoid the burnout, and hold each other accountable before we join loved ones to best enjoy our holiday seasons.
