Scott Haynes Named Associate of Malcolm Pirnie

Scott R. Haynes, PE, has been named an Associate of the national environmental consulting firm Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. Working from the firm’s Wakefield, MA office, he manages the delivery of wastewater, storm water and water design and planning services to municipal clients. Mr. Haynes has served on a variety of civil engineering projects for both public and private agencies, and is responsible for the development of engineering solutions, project and staff management and client service during planning, design, and construction.

Mr. Haynes has a BS in civil engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a BA in liberal arts/engineering from Stonehill College and an MS in civil engineering from Tufts University. He is a member of the American Public Works Association (New England Chapter), the Water Environment Federation, the New England Water Environment Association, the American Water Works Association, the New England Water Works Association, the Massachusetts Water Works Association, the American and Boston Society of Civil Engineers, and Chi Epsilon—the National Civil Engineering Honor Society.
