The Principals of Epsilon are very pleased to announce that Rob O’Neal has been elected to join Peggy Briggs as Co-Managing Principal of the firm. Ted Barten is stepping down after his 20-year stint as Co-Managing Principal, but will remain active in his work on major energy projects. While we are sad to see Ted step down from this role, we know that Rob, working collaboratively with Peggy, will provide the steady, skilled, and thoughtful leadership which Epsilon has enjoyed for its first two decades.
“I know the skills and mentoring acquired from Ted these past 17 years will serve me well, and I look forward to working with Peggy as we lead Epsilon in the years ahead. While I am excited for my new role, I will also be continuing to help my clients solve their acoustics challenges.” – Rob O’Neal
Since joining Epsilon in 2000, Rob has done a superlative job at building an acoustics practice at the company. Through his impressive body of work, he has established himself as a national expert in the wind energy acoustics field. In addition to proven technical expertise, Rob’s success as a consultant is built on a strong work ethic, sincerity, and superb communications skills. These traits will serve him well in his new role.
“It has been a pleasure and an honor to have been a part of the Epsilon team for the past two decades. I am very pleased to pass the baton to my good friend and partner Rob O’Neal. I have no doubt that together Peggy and Rob will provide the leadership needed to ensure that Epsilon continues to serve our clients well in the decade ahead.” – Ted Barten
