Peter H. Anderson Appointed Vice Chair of EBC Climate Change Committee

Peter H. Anderson has been appointed the new Vice Chair of the EBC’s Climate Change Committee.
Peter Anderson is a Principal with ERM, a global leader in providing environmental health and safety management and technical consulting services.  With over 135 offices in 40 countries, ERM combines its global capability with local regulatory and cultural understanding.  ERM’s global team includes over 3,000 professionals representing more than 30 disciplines.

Peter has over 25 years of environmental and management consulting experience.   He is ERM’s Northern Region Air Practice lead.  In this role he is responsible for providing technical leadership and directing staff and projects, particularly in the areas of regulatory analysis, permitting, compliance assessment, pollution control technology applications, and risk management.  He has worked with clients throughout North America helping them develop and implement environmental programs that achieve compliance, conserve resources, promote social responsibility, and achieve corporate stewardship goals.

Mr. Anderson is a leader of ERM’s client services program focusing on building long-term relationships with clients in the Energy, Forest Products, Automotive, PharmaChem, and General Manufacturing industry sectors. His work with these clients ranges from supporting the siting and construction of new capital projects to assisting in resolving enforcement actions and regulator agency negotiations.

Peter, a native of New England, received his MBA from Babson College, an MS from the University of Connecticut, and a BS from the University of Hartford.
