Jerry Schoen of the University of Massachusetts Water Resources Research Center will discuss how to interpret information found in the Massachusetts Stormwater Technology Evaluation Project, the Searchable Database and describe how the Massachusetts Stormwater Handbook recommends using the database when verifying the effectiveness of Proprietary BMP’s.
