As many of you know, in April 2011 MassDEP launched a Regulatory Reform Initiative. Through the spring and summer, the agency has been soliciting input from a broad range of stakeholders on possible changes to how it conducts its programs in order to reduce staff time spent while maintaining its high standards for protection of the environment and public health.  The resulting
