MassDEP Steering & Advisory Committee Information Now Available Online

Posted November 2, 2016 by

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has posted information regarding the Advisory Committees and Stakeholder workgroups that participate in the shaping and evaluation of MassDEP policies and programs. Some committees are created by statute, with defined membership profiles and formal appointments to committee membership.  Other groups are informal, and have been assembled by the agency over time to solicit feedback and counsel from our regulated community, scientific experts, academia, and other groups on specific topics, or ongoing program administration.

If you wish to find out more about these committees please visit the MassDEP website.

Committees include:

  • Air & Climate Stakeholder and Advisory Committees
  • Cleanup of Sites & Spills Stakeholder and Advisory Committees
  • Toxics & Hazards Stakeholder and Advisory Committees
  • Waste & Recycling Stakeholder and Advisory Committees
  • Water Resources Stakeholder and Advisory Committees
  • MassDEP-Wide Advisory Committees
