MassCEC is requesting proposals from solar PV Installers to bid on Green Communitie

Posted May 16, 2012 by

The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) is requesting proposals from solar PV Installers to bid on the Green Communities of Shirley, Montague, and Pittsfield-Lenox in support of MassCEC’s Solarize Massachusetts Program.

As of the April 20, 2012 deadline for receipt of proposals for the 2012 Solarize Mass Program, one installer proposal was submitted for each of the Towns of Shirley, Montague, and Pittsfield-Lenox. These communities have independently requested a re-bid for more proposals, and therefore the RFP will be re-opened for a short period to solicit additional bids for the Towns of Shirley, Montague, and Pittsfield-Lenox. Proposals for the communities can be submitted by an Installer even if they have already submitted proposals for four additional Solarize Mass communities (or five, if that Installer also submitted a proposal for the Town of Palmer), which was the limit in the original RFP. MassCEC will accept Installer proposals, only for the Towns of Shirley, Montague, and Pittsfield-Lenox, through

11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, May 18, 2012
. Please submit all completed proposals to Solarize@MassCEC.com
