The mission of the EBC Infrastructure Committee is to identify and address infrastructure issues and opportunities that are of concern and interest to EBC members and their clients. Issues include but are not limited to: legislative, regulatory and policy developments, innovative technologies, and business development opportunities at the federal, state, regional, and local level. These issues are addressed by providing objective information from up-to-date and reliable sources, including government officials, technology developers, and business experts.

Jake San Antonio to Chair the Infrastructure Committee
It gives the EBC great pleasure to announce that Jacob (Jake) San Antonio, Managing Director of Environmental Resources at VHB in Watertown will chair this important new committee for the EBC. He can be reached at 617.607.2710 or JSanAntonio@VHB.com.
Jake leads a team of over 80 Massachusetts-based environmental planners, scientists, and engineers. In his 15-year career, Jake has supported municipal, institutional, and state agency clients in the areas of flood control and drainage design, riverine modeling, ecological restoration design, stormwater management design, coastal modeling, water quality modeling, constructed treatment wetland design, geographic information systems, and permitting. Jake has a BS in Environmental Engineering from Montana Tech of the University of Montana. He is a registered professional engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, and an Envision™ Sustainability Professional.
