Deval Patrick, Governor of Massachusetts to Deliver Keynote Address

Governor Patrick will deliver the keynote address at the Opening Session of the New England Water Environment Association (NEWEA) Annual Conference and Exhibit.

The Governor will talk about Massachusetts’ distinct positioning, as a global leader in the water industry.  Massachusetts is unique with its abundant water technology and engineering firms, home to world-class research, technical and business-focused degreed programs from some of the world’s most prestigious colleges and universities and a rich diverse ecosystem.

Registration is required to attend the Conference and Opening Session. If you are not registered for the Conference but would like to attend the opening session to hear the Governor speak – you may download a complimentary pass.
This prestigious 3-day conference and exhibit annually attracts over 2,200 water quality professionals including: engineers, consultants, scientists, regulators, academia, utility manager and operators, equipment manufactures and representatives and students.  The Conference boasts over 30 technical sessions and over 210 exhibitor displays providing an opportunity for professional exchange of information and state-of-the-art concepts in wastewater treatment and other water environment issues.
